Report Blog Entry
So I’m usually pretty unserious on this account, but there’s been YET ANOTHER influx of gore accounts on Spacehey, and I’ve heard that an account recently got banned... for mass reporting gore accounts.
What the actual hell? Mass reporting LITERAL GORE should NOT be a bannable offense. It shouldn’t even be an offense at all?? And these gore accounts are still up in the midst of this.
I just know for a fact that An wouldn’t appreciate this, and neither does the Spacehey community.
Soooo... either the mods need to get better themselves or we need entirely different mods. Those are really the only good options here.

No one got banned for mass reporting gore accounts. Not sure who told you that.
may i ask, when someone's account is suspended, are they told what the reason for it was? also, is the moderator application form in this post legitimate, and has anyone become a mod by applying through it?

They are told the type of rule they broke, such as "Spam"
That form is old. Apart from that, I won't speak for An about how mods get added or when.

It also doesn't help that kids keep giving attention to the gore-posters. If everyone were to actually ignore the gore-posters, I can promise you that at some point the gore-posters would give up and we'd see them much less (which would make it easier for the mods as there'd be a smaller number of them).
