ive been getting a lot better

Ive been feeling amazing, I have an amazing partner and i got my GED. I've been playing the fuck outta my bass recently and i have a band aswell. i havent been to the mental hospital for over a year now so ive been pretty good, i havent cut myself in a bit over 4 months. im happy to be alive now but i still fucking love DSBM (deprsive Suicidal Black Metal), and everything metal to be fair.

I hope anyone that feels super depressed to take something from this post and that is that everything gets better you just have to realize that you have people that carea bout you and they are willing to help you out you jsut have to take the steps yourself with the assistance that you need
