Don't interact with em', just ignore them because they'll just keep on going if you give them any attention. Report and/or block them (if you're able to, but I wouldn't advise clicking on their blogs)

It's also safe to assume any blog made around this time (since it usually happens around this time during the day) by anybody with an all caps name who you've never seen before is gonna have gore
