Ancient Dragon Adoptable Websites

SO I stumbled upon a rabbithole of TONS of ancient adopt a dragon rp sites (and by ancient I mean most are from 2000-2002 with the newest ones being 2005-2007, all of these are on the wayback machine), AND I GOT INSPIRED :D I want to make my own adopt a dragon rp site on neocities but the problem is idk how to code >w<;  I am hoping to ask one of my friends who helped me with my profile to help with making a neocities dragon adopt page. I will draw all the dragons myself :D
