what are blogz for? also does anyone have tips on layoutz?

1'm not sure what to wr1te in my bl0g!! 4ll I kn0w is idk how t0 do my layout right 😭does anyone have any quick tips or tricks for making a layout? i'm using some ones from the layout gallery rn and want to edit them a bit to match me more but idk this coding system ^^
