Do mice like differently flavored cheese?

I was in the netherlands recently and they got all kinds of crazy shit 

especially lavender cheese?? I tried it tho it tastes so good lmao

but it´s blue so it kinda looks toxic

there was also this weird red cheese and a green one but green looks much more edible than blue

well on cheese anything other than yellow looks like mold so ig that´s that

but like, so mice

do they have a preference or are they just like "FUCK YEAH DAIRY"
