Re-reading homestuck!!! Entry #7: pages 758-905

I’m just gonna spend this whole review talkin’ bout the rooms in Jade’s house. So like, we all know Jade’s Grandpa is Jake, right?

You guys know the fuckin rooms he has, the one with mummies, the one with knights.. ect. Ect. So the first (or second, i forgor) is the orange room with knights. It represents Dirk, or well, Jake’s perception of him as a knight, a protector. When really, Dirk’s a prince. The room is more fitting of Dave than Dirk. With the orange looking more like red and the knights fitting more with Dave as he is the KNIGHT of time.

Then the pink mummie room, representing Roxy with her dead shit. And Jane, with her blue ladies. Representing her and Jake exchanging their blue people. Even in another universe, Jake feels them, like a missing void. Or some shit, tbh idrk. I remember seeing this somewhere and just adopted it. I don’t know SHIT.

So we get introduced to Jade!!!! Yippee!!!! I had fun with this chapter! I liked the whole Jade gets irritated with you because you sucked at her whole memory modus. Very funny. I skipped over the Dave strife flash(es) because i swear to god, younger me spent WAY too much fucking time roleplaying the dude on c.ai that i now get embarassed looking at him.

But anyways, Karkat’s first appearance!!!! :3 also furry Jade! I really like the concept of hwr lunchtop, seems really cool. I’d rate this liek… 5 out of 5 hats cuz i liked it ao much!!!!
