Project pt 2!! :3

                                                   Day 2, 2005

I've been walking in this meadow for hours now, the Eye still staring at me as I make my way through the tall lime green grass and occasional flower patches but I finally found something. As I walk up the hill I start to see what looks like a village beyond the horizon. A small smile appears on my face as I stare in awe at the view of the buildings below and the beautiful sky above. It was the first time I've felt peace since I've been here, getting out of this world was my priority but just taking a moment to take in this small bit of joy I was experiencing was nice. I decided to go to the village, it was the only logical thing I could think of. Plus, I was hungry. Really hungry. I walked down the hill carefully and went to the road that lead to the village. Once I got onto the dirt road, I followed the path to the rows of very tall houses that were built pretty close together. Nobody was outside of their homes, it was so quiet that I didn't even know if this place still had life in it. I decided to knock on the first door I saw. It was risky but I needed something to eat. I knocked on the door gently and waited a few seconds. No answer. I knocked again, a little harder this time. Still nothing. I turned around, ready to give up when I heard the door open. I turned back around, only to be met by something that was much, much bigger then me. I looked up at the light blue creature that greeted me at the door, it had chubby legs but very long arms. The only thing it wore was a bow around it's neck, and the face that I looked up at had no mouth and no ears. Only eyes. Button like black eyes that looked to hold no soul behind them. Fear overcome me as I looked more at it, I started to shake but I couldn't move. The creature looked at me. It bent down, it got to my level to the point were we were face to face. Suddenly a voice spoke in my head. "Do not be afraid. Bo does not mean any harm. Life of another world..what brings you to Bo's doorstep?" It was the creature, speaking to me despite it's lack of a mouth. "Um..I'm sorry to bother you but, I've recently found myself here after.. something.. and I'm in need of food. Do you have any to spare..?" The creature stood there for a moment before turning and walking into it's home. "Come, little one. Bo will help." I took a deep breath and stepped foot into the home. Inside, the walls were a nice pale pink and the decor seemed to resemble what i had in my bedroom when I was a little girl. With a dollhouse in the corner of the room and images of flowers and vinyl records hung neatly on the walls. The creature waited on a chair with a plate of mushrooms and a bowl of some kind of soup in hand. I walked to the creature, who I assumed is named Bo, and took the plate and bowl. I gave my thanks and began to eat. Bo and I chatted for a bit, with Bo asking where I was from. "My home? Well, I'm from what they call "Earth". Have you heard of it before?" "Bo has heard of Earth, she has helped many lifeforms from there go home. Do you want Bo to help you go home? Bo has noting else to do." My eyes lit up, "Y-yes I'd appreciate that a lot! Oh thank you Bo. I really need to go back home." I finished my food and Bo took my dishes and put them on her counter. For the most part, Bo looked friendly. It was hard to read her emotions though. "Bo is happy you found her, Bo gets lonely in a town that only has her left in it." I was surprised but it made sense. I asked why it was only Bo left in the town. "Bo doesn't know, Bo woke up one day only to find that everyone left. It's been a while since that day. Now Bo just waits for life from other worlds to stumble across this place and ask for help from Bo." I felt bad for Bo. I got up and hugged Bo, it was difficult though since I was only able to hug her leg. Bo patted my head. "There there, no need to feel bad for Bo. Bo is fine. Now, we can go to the Plane of Stars tomorrow, it's the first step in the journey of getting you home. You may stay in the guest room for the night. Bo will show you it later." I smiled at Bo and thanked her. "By the way, my name is Vanessa. It's a pleasure to be here." Bo's eyes looked like they sparkled. "Bo's happy to meet Vanessa. Vanessa is a very polite human." I smiled before Bo walked down a hallway, I followed her to the guest room. "Here, this is your room for now. Please let Bo know if you need anything, Vanessa." I smiled, "Thanks Bo. I'm going to get some sleep now." Bo patted my head and turned around, leaving the room. I climbed into the bed, pulling the light pink blankets over me, and closed my eyes, drifting off into a very comfortable sleep.
