Looking for Like-Minded Friends ig

I ran across a post on my weekly Facebook opening (just to check like if I had any notifications... not that I ever read them if I do) and there was a post about how Myspace was the golden age of social media, where there was still creativity and no ads and just vibing. Idk what compelled me to, but I immediately searched "Myspace clone" on Google.

I found this site and I was so damned excited. I've been holding so dearly to Tumblr since it's the last HTML creativity site with very little ads, but there's like very little on there nowadays. You can't even build a following anymore tbh. There's still a few people I follow though, this isn't going to replace Tumblr. Regardless, I had a lot of fun setting up the beginnings of my profile.

Thing is I kinda dunno where to go from here. I posted to my Tumblr but since this is more personal (not actually, my personal socials are all very separate from this and tumblr), but more personal as far as content so there prolly won't be much of anyone interested. tumblr is even less personal since it was killed a few years ago :/

but yeah idk I'm in the Buffy fandom and I'm an artist (will prolly make an art account in time) and really like writing and art. I'm pretty much a recluse. I grew up on sites like this, making friend with people on myspace and LiveJournal and deviantart, fanfiction, etc. so I'm just trying to find other weirdos who dig the same things I dig.

the Paper Mario remaster is coming out in a few days I'm stupid excited and impatient about it lol
