A rant about gender roles

ok, now let's be mature about things now

So, whenever I see criticism of gender roles it's mostly about women, like, yeah, women have infamously had it rougher than men, thats like, objectively true, but a lot of that oppression also affects men like myself, albeit in a more modern context.

A lot of interests, hobbies, clothing, and even emotions have been gendered and thats lame sauce

in society if you're a man and you like drawing, cooking, listening to emo bands, or you like Sanrio and other cute things, or you wear skirts or dresses, or you cry, you are seen as a wimp or a pussy

I think that sucks

I like cute stuff, I like emo bands, I would love to wear a skirt, but unfortunately society won't let me, ESPECIALLY since I'm a trans man, that shit would get me misgendered in a heartbeat like what the fuck man
