Does anyone else have this inner monologue that just doesn’t shut up. I’ve been dealing with this for a year already. It got so bad I ended up getting anxiety and depression. It got so absurd at one point I considered suicide. I am better now, thank God. I feel like I might be crazy sometimes. But I hope to one day find the quietness again in my head.
