EARLIEST Welsh-language children's TV programs (HTV & BBC) (before the launch of S4C in 1982) (1970s-1982)

I know that Wales has the early Welsh-language children's programs (all of them are live-action and variety magazine shows) that were broadcast on the HTV and BBC Wales networks during the 70s and early 80s before the launch of S4C in November 1982, and before the 2 Welsh animated series/cartoons are began (but the animated cartoons in Wales didn't come out until November 1, 1982, when the S4C themselves launched).
