gazpacho

had gazpacho for the first time yesterday at a Beyond Bread! i was there with some family members and a sign said it was back in season, so my sister and i decided to split a bowl.
it was good! it wasn't bad at all, but it felt like i was just eating salsa out of the container. does anyone else have thoughts on gazpacho?
