here is a list of my full music collection. it's a mixture of stuff i've picked up from thrift stores, antique malls, discogs, and record shops, so don't expect consistency. there are quite a few gaps. (albums with a star are must listens that you may not have heard yet!)
here are some of the record stores i mention:
- hex enduction records (my favorite record store. he also sells on discogs)
- amoeba music's san francisco location
- silver platters (probably has the best selection and i've bought the most from here)
- rainy day records (has the best deals on used cds. their stock rotates often)
- sonic boom records (i saw mat brooke rep a hat with their logo so they have to be good)
- celebrated summer records (lots of cool hardcore punk records. near DC so they have some early emocore stuff as well)
- 2nd avenue records
- zion's gate records
- easy street records (has a venue/cafe attached. all the big guns of seattle's grunge scene have played here)
- bonus mention to scarecrow video to having the biggest library of physical video media in the USA available for rent. they have some incredibly obscure stuff in their collection

I know this post is old af but youve got some good records (EITS, Deafheaven, Microphones, MGMT, etc)

thanks! i live in the same state phil elverum does so i plan on going to his shop to get more mount eerie/microphones records at some point...
