They’re pretty similar tbh only for bulletins only ur friends can see them, they also only last temporarily (10 being the maximum amount of days). Blogs on the other hand are archived forever and there’s options on who can see it so if u want a personal diary entry u can set it as that as well but the ones u see on here are for everyone to see
