Making my first pony plushie! :D (WIP)

Hello!  I want to turn my first character, which I created 11 years ago, into a plush toy :D

This is my first time sewing something like this, so I'll probably make a lot of mistakes. Don't use this as a step by step tutorial!!! 

Step one: come up with an idea for a pattern, draw it and cut it out! 

To do this, I used my college practice report. You can use your thesis if you write it! Here's your motivation, don't thank me :D

Step two: Fix and trace the pattern

Step 3: Cut out that headless creepy stuff

Step 4:  Let's stitch this bastard together (a little)

Step 5 :  We outline a sketch of what we will spend the rest of the day on: A cutie mark for our pony. I don't have an embroidery machine, but I have determination and no brains, so I will embroider it myself!!!

Here is a short time-lapse of the lost 6 hours of my life. 6 hours!!!

Step 6. Here is it. For the heaven's sake...

Step 7.  We remember that your character is a pegasus and urgently make wings

And then I suddenly remembered that she was Pegasus. I made holes on the body for the wings and a pattern for them using the same scheme as I did for the body. I'm starting to embroider them!
