How often do you think about nuclear war?

I’ve been having dreams about a nuclear war for over a month now, I think about it constantly, it greatly interferes with my life and I don’t know what to do..;(

It’s worth saying that I don’t live in the best country for a quiet life, soo...

as someone who frequently has a lot of nightmares, its best to tell a friend. they can ground you which is very helpful. but i really dont think a nuclear war is going to happen any time soon. :)
