This is my third-ish time trying to make some Chinese buffet-style mushrooms but the sauce didn't really saucify so I said to heck with it and just put it in some teriyaki beef ramen. Then I remembered I got some diced ham and also cooked it in the sauce that didn't sauce and then I realized that there were boiled eggs and green onions and I think you get the picture.
Very tasty.
The sauce I was tryna cook the mushrooms in was made of oyster sauce and soy sauce and usually, when I make ramen I add a beef magi cube along with the seasonings in the bag ( i know, i know, very odd to add what is basically a bouillon cube to, what was for me, prepackaged ramen that already had seasonings and those lil veggie things, but don't knock it till you try it )
