Please Help!!

So, one of my friends gave me their old phone bcz mine gotten taken away, the phone works amazing, but the thing is, the VPN wont work, I use the same VPN as most all of my friends and the difficulties have nothing to do with the app or phone, when I try to connect to the VPN with the wifi it loads either half way or almost fully and pops up with a screen that says allow permission and if the button dosent pop up then there might be a third party app with permission allowing landscape mode or dark mode

I had faculty reset the phone and it worked until I took it off charge for a min and the VPN disconnected then the pop up continued if you know how to help PLZ TELL ME!!! There isnt any third party apps with those permissions that I know of bcz once I fully reset my phone it worked, but plz help DXX
