Strawberry Marshmallows

☆Ingredients☆

• ¾ cup water
• ¾ cup freeze-dried strawberry powder
• 3 (.25 ounce) packages unflavored gelatin
• ⅔ cup light corn syrup
• 2 cups white sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• ¼ cup cornstarch
• ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar

☆Tools/Supplies☆

• 9 x 9 inch pan
• Plastic Wrap
• Nonstick cooking spray (or oil/flour)
• Stand Mixer (or bowl and whisk/hand mixer)
• Saucepan (aka, a small pot/ pot with a long handle)
