how did Panic! At The Disco form anyways?

back when Ryan and Spencer were around 12, Ryan got a guitar for Christmas while Spencer got a drumkit for Christmas. They began playing music together in ninth grade. Their band started off as a Blink-182 cover group in 2004, and i'm sure you guys know what happens afterwards..
