Let's say, that similar to the last one, that you live on a ground floor apartment.
It's a hot summer day, so you decide to open a window.
Then, a random stranger falls in.
They then refuse to leave, because you decided to leave your window open without a grid or screen.
Do they have a point?

Maybe. If you have a window that you want to open, you should have a screen or something to catch them.
However, that doesn't mean you can just squat in someone's house just because they're at fault
