communicate

I don't know who else has to do with this but it's one of those things that I know that we all have once in a while. I had to spend five hours on the phone one day just to get the run around because my doctor and my pharmacist in the insurance wouldn't want to communicate with each other. I had to be the go through person to play phone tag with everybody just so I can get the run-around apparently. i find out that my doctor calls me back today and tells me that being seen is a no to all. so I had to buy three ring circuses again to spend hours on the phone just to get told that I should have been told the first time that my insurance doesn't cover a b and c. I don't know about you but to me that is just total bullshit.  I should have been told that in the beginning instead of having to spend five hours on the phone to 3 different locations.  and now today I'm being told that my insurance doesn't cover it unless my doctor puts it up here. All I know is that with all the phone technology we have in computers, I shouldn't have had to spend five hours in the phone and another how many today just to find out that I had to call my doctor to make sure she could file an appeal. It's just so sad that people don't know how to communicate anymore even with all this technology we have. I can understand if you don't have it but it's almost everywhere we should be able to at least try to communicate better at least give a damn.
