MY DSI ORDER TO SHIP IS LATE

You know what I'm want to talk Right so I'm really want dsi and I'm brought it from online but the strange was is I'm ordering in last April but it's been 3 weeks now it's still in to ship and never received and I'm was feeling scared it is I'm ordering is was scammed or something I'm very scary for and my order was from Japan it supposed to be ship in 9 may but it's already 13 may and what I'm mind to slow and I'm don't know again how I'm gonna order some dsi or 3ds where it's was but it's too expensive for me 

I'm don't know how to reply I'm already reply in order 5 times it said still in order and for what? It's been 3 weeks now and in next week I'm had a exam doesn't I'm waiting until my exam was over that's ridiculous.
