I don't know about you..But I love making all sorts of references to different games, works, etc! I don't know, it really brings me pleasure, although it slows down the process a little (after all, you need to make sure that they all look good!)

Ooh, I love all the little references that I saw in that.
Also, to add images to blogs (and bulletins) click the eye thing on the left side, and in there type:
To change the size, after putting the link in and the apostrophe type: width ” (a number) “
You will have to fiddle with the width number to get the right size, but that should work.
