was there ever a pre panic! at the disco?
yes there was ^_^ the band was called 'Pet Salamander' when the band members were still in high school (15-16), (band members was Ryan Ross, Spencer Smith, Brent Wilson, and Trevor Howell) and their website is still up!! read prettyoddfever's blog post for more info here
