In the vast night of my wandering soul,

I seek a glimmer, a flickering goal.

Beyond the echo of my sorrowful cry,

I long to find love, sincere and nigh.

In the labyrinth of my lost being,

Dreams fade away, despair decreeing.

Among shadows dance my shattered dreams,

While the echo of emptiness silently screams.

Who will venture into this dark abyss,

Where fear and doubt hold their merciless kiss?

Who will see beyond my outward guise,

And embrace the essence of my cries?

In this world of fleeting loves,

Where pain and heartache are the doves,

I seek solace in a kindred spirit's gaze,

Yet fate seems to have other ways.

Invisible chains bind me to solitude,

As my heart bleeds in truth's interlude.

Am I destined to this endless plight,

To wander forever in sorrow's blight?

Oh, how hard it is to find the flame,

That in my darkness brings acclaim.

But in the shadows, I continue to roam,

Seeking the love that heals my own.

Though the path be steep and rough,

I'll persist in seeking love's rebuff.

For I know that somewhere in the vast expanse,

There's someone to share this cosmic dance.
