experiences living with a spirit in my room

I don"t know what to do anymore my ,imd i think i'm going insane i keep seeing him (for the contex il call him alejandro ik weird name but anyway) he keeps showing up anywhere i go he's not trying to hurt me from what i saw it's like he's trying to idk how to say this more like to protect me i cominicated with him and i found out tha he saved me (i almost got hit by a car ).It's weird ik and you problably think i'm insane or sum shi but even my cat sees him. And i have all kinds of stuff hanging from my celling and they move like rotate or just wiggle i like when i play muzic he dances with me (i can tell by the DVD's that are spining ) i won't say he's bad or something i guess he's protecting me in a way ... i don't know but i started to get ussed to him i mean he's just scaring me just to joke around cuz when i get scared really bad he stops ....
