HAIR DYE!!!

So I bought some hairdye yesterday even though i'm only dying my hair in november for my 18th birthday cuz why not???
But my question is more regarding the bleaching part of my hair, since a part of it is going to be white: how can i obtain white hair with bleach? Like what am i supposed to do?
Keeping in mind that my haircolor (natural one) is dark blond :'0
