if ur looking for more specific ones, like for certain fandoms or aesthetics, you can look on deviant art or tumblr. tumblr tends to have more collections of blinkies that are lumped together based on things like color scheme. but deviant art has a LOT of transparent stickers, same thing with pinterest.
