Your skin had glistened with the sun,
as your smile gleamed with brightness,
and I had felt what I had never felt before.

I was an astrologist, for I had always watched the moon,
but slowly and surely, I had started to be watching you

Our stars had aligned, and our moons had filled.
I had loved the sky for it was all in my heart,
and I had loved the sun for it was all I knew

Yet when you came along,
I had stopped stargazing for all I could ever do,
was gaze at you.
