Boogie Nights

There’s this one Sushi chef at my work that just randomly claps. Not a round of applause, but just one single clap. You never know when it’s coming either. And it’s loud enough to startle guests. No idea why he does it and it’s kind of annoying. Reminds me of that scene in Boogie Nights where dude is just setting off a single firecracker randomly with no rhyme or reason.
