I've been there for a week, and I've already made a lot of friends. They think I'm consistent and determined, but in reality I'm taking grave pains with every machine. The only reason I survive gym is because my loud brain is shut with the beauty of some good music.
There is this most annoying middle aged woman who hogs the treadmill. She walks for a few minutes and then turns it off to go on the phone. She infuriates me, usually all the treadmills are taken and she stands on top of it, scrolling. Like, heck, scroll at home.
But it must be something important or smth, I never like thinking bad about others for too long. I give sharp insults, ye, but I forget about them in a second.
Currently I'm reading 'The Last Temptation of Christ' by Nikos Kazantakis, translated from greek. I think I can finish it by tomorrow, but I have to get one past paper and two CAD file readings by today. At least I don't have another anxiety attack!
