Same with Melanie Martinez for a variety of reasons but I haven’t heard enough of her music to decide whether or not it’s understandable for people to listen to her stuff

not a fan of FIR but I've listened to most of their discography
Their lyrical content is sometimes overly edgy/raunchy/corny/etc. and I don't particular like the Ronnie Radke's vocals, but I don't judge people who like it. The songs can be pretty catchy, follow understandable and simple sound and lyrical structures, and I feel there is definitely some appeal for edgy teens. If you don't take their music like it's some super serious magnum opus of pop punk, I see no harm in liking it. Be cringe and live free.

As opposed to what? People pretending to be fans? I didnt see any clause stating you have to hate X or Y to use spacehey when I was signing up.
Seems a bit silly to me, why not just let people enjoy the music they enjoy?
