Yapping

I think for my blog thing I'll just tap Abt my opinions and stuff.
This is my first one, I was at a concert recently and I saw this girl who I assumed was my age. She had side bangs w/ pigtails and was wearing a cute crop top and like a black skirt with those knee high socks. 
I assumed she was my age until she got closer and I could see she was like twice my age. She sat in corner of the concert and like after 10 min 2 freak looking guys walked up to her. They talked for awhile before leaving the concert together...
I think it's really weird when older women chose to dress younger than what they are. Like I really thought she was 14-17 but she looked way older up close... It's so weird. Gives off belle Delphine...
