Hi im new here i found out abt spacehey today! I really wanted to try it out you guys seem nice and I wanted to ask how do I make friends irl? I'm very awkward in public and sometimes I'm even scared to compliment someone I barely go outside not because I don't want to its because my mom doesn't want to.. I feel stuck I feel lonely when I see a huge group of friends during lunch talking about whatever they want without getting judged and I'm just there in my class alone eating a sad-looking sandwich :') I tried to make myself look more decent (I usually just wear leggings and a hoodie I stole from my dad and the first shoes I find under my bed) I wore the trendy clothes my classmates had (never doing that again)! But it seemed to not work... What should I do? ,':/ I want to do more in my life I want to meet new ppl but I can't get my parents especially my mom won't let me and I'm also very busy because I have piano lessons and I have to study just a LOOOOT of school stuff (please be nice this is my first time posting a blog online and if I remember abt this acc I can give you guys some updates! and I won't reply that fast because I have to study now)

it fucking sucks im the only girl in the class and they keep throwing paper balls everywhere they also have the skibidi toilet bomboclat master oogway or whatever his name is type of humor and theyre like 2-3 years older than me which is embarrassing just embarrassing just typing that made me rage internally... ಠ﹏ಠ butt! there is a very nice teacher he lets me listen to music while doing the assignments and i have 2 friends we chat together during break so thats something (￣﹃￣)

Hiiii!! It's been a few months since you posted this Blog, but I figured I could still try to leave a few tips.
In your profile I read that you enjoy playing volleyball, so you could take it up as a sport and join a team, where you could easily make friends with your teammates.
If you don't have enough time to actually join a team, you could meet up with your friends and play together with their friends. You can always ask a friend to introduce you to someone. There are also apps that help you find people in your city with similar music taste.
Even online you can make a post, either on Threads or Twitter, in order to make friends near you :33
If it's classmates you want to befriend, you can try starting a conversation about generally anything with the person who you sit next to. Just talking daily can make two people form a bond, and soon they become friends XD
(sorry for late reply!) thank you for the ideas! and you are right i should join a volleyball club the thing I don't know how to manage time and I'm not feeling productive sometimes I feel EXTREMELY lazy like to the point I only get up to go to the bathroom and snack on something T_T and all my friends are going to a different school so it's just me and I don't know how to start conversations should I start by complimenting them? or ask them about their interests? :') I'm very awkward and I feel if I talk to someone about my actual interest they're looking at me like I'm crazy and I don't use twitter but I recently made a discord account and I made a friend! so that's a start ig and i'd love to know the name of the app you mentioned and your pfp is really cool ;3 is it from a band? i'd love to know hehe <3
