need fashion advice/recommendations

hellaooo!! >.<

i need some online shop recommendations bc im kinda struggling. sooo im super into whimsical/weird fashion, i get a lot of inspiration from like 90s/y2k chinese and japanese outfits. think fruitz magazine and like ai yazawa anime. i dress in a lot of different styles but this is one i love very much, but don't have enough clothes for. i know that most of the time, styles that are so authentic and unique are best shopped for by thrifting, but i live in the netherlands (rip) and it's hard to find things in that style here. does anyone have online shop recommendations?? ive heard about taobao, etc. but i'm usually not skinny enough for that kind of sizing O~O...
