I adore mine, as there's no limit to what you can put on it. The problem is that my old Phillips GoGear Vibe isn't long for this world. Perhaps I should upgrade to a budget ipod.

I used 2 have 2 mp3 players the 1st was a more modern 1 that has 64 gbs of storage while the other was an old recorder that had 8 gbs
They didn't require any special software or anything they were just plug and play
If u use CD quality mp3 files I'd suggest a storage of 64 gigs or more but 4 normal quality audio files 8 gbs is a good amount
U can just grab up any random old ipod from ebay if u want but if ur trying 2 save some money just shop 4 newer models on amazon or whateva
When it comes 2 headphone recommendations any wired sony skullcandy or panasonic earbuds will b alr if u just want some nice sound quality @ a nice price however if u have a decent budget of $125 or below I'd buy some jbl headphones since those r also good

We own an old IPod shuffle and surprisingly, it works perfectly, although it's only 2 gigabytes, so we sacrificed quality over quantity *128 kbps is decent enough*.
However the case does look beaten up since it has fallen many, many times..
Overall, theres newer better mp3 players, but since the IPod Shuffle is so tiny, it makes is so reliable.

I really want to start collecting old mp3 players, I have so many saved on Ebay but spending money is scary so I haven't got any. I think old ones are cool, like early generation iPods and the Sony Walkman mp3s! I wanna get some high quality audio ones that are newer, but I also think collecting old collectable ones that only have like 1gb of storage is also funny.

another good way to limit your phone usage is by getting a simple use phone with a physical keyboard! its really 2000s and it also has mp3 players most of the time. and theyre cheaper than an mp3/mp4 (in my country at least)

That actually sounds good and yeah from what I’ve seen older phones are usually cheaper than most
