Korn selftitled is a definite contender, I dont think many people would argue against it being one of the most iconic covers for the whole Nu-Metal scene. I also think the cover for Follow The Leader is pretty iconic but probably less so than the selftitled.
Slipknot's selftitled is also up there I think, but maybe moreso due to the band being so iconic rather than the album or its cover specifically.
I would put forth that Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory is an iconic album cover as well, I've always thought it was a really striking visual though some might say it's a bit too hip-hop to be considered for the most iconic Nu Metal cover.
System of a Down - Toxicity is also pretty up there, at least to me personally. Although their first album is also a really striking cover.
The around the fur album cover will always be super iconic and recognizable to me. I also really like the cover of Korn's self titled album, it sets up the vibes for the music in the album perfectly
