Should I do it?

I was thinking about something— I have a goal about studying aboard at Finland, and once I’m done, I would go live in America or England (which I’m pretty sure I can’t because it’s so expensive there ngl) but I’m not sure if I wanted to live at America or England, I would like to live at Finland but Finland? Finland is cold, like… very cold, and I can’t even wear warm clothes from a specific material because I’m allergic to it. Should I switch to living at America or England when I finish studying at Finland?
