My brother, he glows like a star so bright.
My brother, he guides me to the light.
My brother, he is the source of our pride.
My brother, for he spreads his arms out wide.
My brother, I greatly enjoy his embrace.
My brother, for it is sweeter than any fruit I could taste.
My brother, he is the source of my strength.
My brother, for he encourages patience no matter the length.
My brother, he made my sister wear a bow.
My brother, for he loves her very so.

My brother somehow reminds me of Big Brother, even if you really mean your brother or a comrade. External things and relationships are just illusionary things that originate within you. That's why worshipping or admiring something external like that (from my point of view) is not really right and therefore unhealthy. The bow also bothers me a little, but it always depends on the intended use, which was omitted in this case, leaving room for some speculation. But the poem is very excellently written and the rhymes are very well-chosen. It is also very well formatted. I look forward to more work from you :)

My brother refers to who I accept as a part of the family and the bow refers to what a girl wears in her hair. I hope that clarifies what I really meant to say.
