Help me find my older half sister

Hey my name is nellie, from aiken sc. I'm searching for an older half sister, unfortunately I do not have very much information on her and our mother passed back in 2014.

Birth name: cynthia williamson

D.o.b. unknown. Born early 80's, 82-84

Birth father: possibly a Jerry williamson- passed in 2013 and not sure of he even knew about her.

Birth mother: brenda faye mauldin

D.o.b. March 12 1959, in georgia. 

I'm not sure if her adoption took place in sc or Georgia but I believe she was mayb 1 or 2 at adoption. I'm sure her name was probably changed and she has no idea she was adopted. Any help will be greatly appreciated.  I've already contacted dss and got nothing.
