Crime thoughts

I wonder if people even read these...wtv though. I've been watching more true crime things and it's sad that most families don't find closure due to the lack of action from the police. Most of the crime things I watch are in japan, I find it more interesting ig...I believe a serial killer should be on death row for their actions...how can one enjoy taking the life of another. I always ask my self "If a murder does their time, should they be allowed back in society." I'm not sure...on one side this person payed their debt of their crimes...but on the other side, does this person deserve happiness? how can they smile while their victim can't. When I think about this I think about Tsuji Natsumi, this picture of her smiling, does she really deserve that.
