I woke up earlier than I expected today which is such a great thing. I did some stretches and did 3x25 RDLs with a 40lb kettlebell that I just have lying around in my room. I use it to punish myself (lovingly) whenever I get distracted from my work or I use it when I need to exert some restless energy. Speaking of, I'm really glad I bought a ball chair instead of a normal office chair because it regularly engages my core and I love bouncing on it. Sometimes when I'm in a discord call people think I'm farting when I bounce or move on it and I'm like "Guys, it's just squeaky I swear please I can replicate the sound I am not ripping ass every 5 minutes I have ADHD pls pls pls believe me." This never works but it's okay. Sometimes I really do be fartin' :D
