Oh, hey. The link you provided doesn't work since it's a direct link to a file only present on your computer locally. To add images on blogs, you'll need to post the image on some image hosting service (Discord, imgur, google drive, etc) & then link to that hosted image with the icon that looks like a Polaroid!
