I realized today that my body is getting better and not simply always like a piece of shit
I hit my pen cuz I'm a addict and I get sick
I take a break I'm fine
The loss of weight made me realize how much better j feel compared before I lost it, even tough it wasnt much it made me realize
I neglect my school work so I pull a all nighter to get ready before a camping trip
Problem is I didn't really sleep the night before either, so I'm running on 4 hours of sleep pulling a all nighterÂ
My heads KILLING me and my chest hurts, a little concerning but not too much cuz I drank monster 6 medications and hit my pen and sh in like 6 hours so my body is struggling to power though but i persist
And then I eat a actual meal and sleep for hours
Tell me why I felt like so good
I keep doing things every few hours cuz we're camping but everything is far slower so it's like a hour every trip but I feel so good
Maybe it's the relief from not working, sleeping all day and just exploring when I am awake but even tough my legs are a bit sore I haven't felt better in a long timeÂ
So happy I started working out and u finally got this break that's actually enjoyable cuz I prepared my bodyÂ
