HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST

Now’s that time of year when everyone I know is getting ready for graduations and weddings. Such an exciting time when these events are taking place. Knowing the holidays and New Year is right around the corner! But most people I know are in a hurry to lose weight and want to look good fast. Almost every day I’m asked if I have a quick way to lose weight in a short period of time. I want to help you guys out by sharing my cookie-cutter nutrition advice.


Take into consideration that a safe rate of weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. In order to drop a pound per week, it is important to cut your calories by 500 daily. The simple formula is (Your Weight) = (Daily Calories) – (500 Calories) = 1-2 pounds per week. Now keep in mind this is only to lose weight. Down below are two charts that may help.


Your Weight Daily Calories
Up to 150 lbs.1,200 Calories
151 - 200 lbs.1,500 Calories
201 - 250 lbs.1,800 Calories
251 lbs. or more2,100 Calories

For those who exercise less than 30 minutes a day and want to maintain their current weight, you may need to adjust additional calories to meet your individual needs.
