does this ever happen to any1 (눈_눈)

like sometimes one of my ears sort of feel like its blocked by something & idk what? this time its my left and i dont wear earbuds or anything

i mean if i had to guess maybe its because yesterday while updating my pfp for a while my left ear was laying down on the head of my couch w/ my headphones blasting music loudly
