This girl, my diagnoses, her behavior, and doubts

I met this girl a long time ago, she didn't know about my diagnoses, I am narcissistic, manipulative, with avoidant attachment, psychopathy and alexitimia. But now she currently knows, and she knows that sometimes I use her for my own benefit, I bring out her worst side, but she still stays, she still likes me and even says that the situation turns her on, how is that possible? Is there a diagnosis opposite to mine that makes this girl act the opposite way to me?
