paranormal stuffs

Just a few minutes ago. My mom said i cried out in my sleep?

Explanation: Last night, i watched some Sam and Colby paranormal videos, ive been really interested in the paranormal for years, probably 6 or 7 years old i was? But, now i watched real paranormal videos. Enough with me being interested in the paranormal, just last night, i watched Sam and Colby videos, then after i went straight to bed, my mom said i cried out in my sleep at 1 or 2 a.m? She seemed really defensive about it, maybe she wants be to stop watching them? She doesnt believe in the paranormal, yet she believes that her parents came back for her? (She saw orbs on a camera we have outside) OR maybe because she said that my grandma (the one on my biological mothers side) can see spirits and follows them around, talks to them and stuff? Maybe, she was a medium, who knows? She probably doesnt want me talking to ghosts, or following them around, and if that happens i would LOVE to ask them questions about the other side and what happened to them.

Quick other stuff: Some years ago, some paranormal stuff have happened to me, like being touched, shadows, whispers, cries and screams, disembodied voices, you know what im saying. Oh and some dreams about exploring haunted places and seeing spirits.
